Dijelimo volontirajući I. dio
U sklopu provedbe projekta Retrovizor, 26.05.2023. održali smo i četvrtu edukaciju unutar tematske cjeline „Dijelimo volontirajući“ s učenicima Osnovne škole Centar u sklopu Građanskog odgoja.
Ova edukacija ima za cilj poticanje važnosti volontiranja, građanske odgovornosti, međusobnog poštovanja, tolerancije i timskog rada među učenicima, a prilikom koje su učenici imali priliku upoznati se s temama koje uključuju:
- Važnost volontiranja u zajednici
- Građanska odgovornost i aktivno sudjelovanje u društvu
- Međusobno poštovanje i tolerancija
- Timski rad i suradnja
- Što je to volontiranje, volonterski ugovori, volonterske pozicije, knjižice, evidencija volonterskih sati i Zakon o volontiranju
- Tko je koordinator volontera, a tko mentor?
Učenici su među sobom izabrali koordinatora volontera i mentora koji će zajedno osmisliti volonterske pozicije za svoje kolege učenike na nadolazećoj volonterskoj akciji. Ova prilika omogućit će im da se aktivno angažiraju u organizaciji volonterske akcije, raspodjeli zadataka te pruži podršku i mentorstvo drugim volonterima.
Učenici su stekli vrijedna znanja o volontiranju, građanskoj odgovornosti i međusobnom poštovanju, te su dobili priliku za osobni rast i razvoj kroz praktično iskustvo. Nastavit ćemo raditi na promicanju vrijednosti volontiranja i građanskog odgoja među učenicima kako bismo zajedno izgradili bolju zajednicu.

As part of the implementation of the Rearview Mirror project, we conducted the fourth education session on May 26, 2023, within the thematic unit “Sharing through Volunteering” with students from Centar Elementary School as part of Civic Education.
This education session aims to promote the importance of volunteering, civic responsibility, mutual respect, tolerance, and teamwork among students. During the session, students had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with topics including:
- The importance of volunteering in the community
- Civic responsibility and active participation in society
- Mutual respect and tolerance
- Teamwork and collaboration
- What volunteering entails: volunteer agreements, volunteer positions, certificates, volunteer hour records, and the Volunteer Act
- The roles of volunteer coordinators and mentors
Among themselves, the students elected a volunteer coordinator and a mentor who will jointly design volunteer positions for their fellow students in an upcoming volunteering event. This opportunity will allow them to actively engage in organizing the volunteering activity, task distribution, and provide support and mentoring to other volunteers.
The students gained valuable knowledge about volunteering, civic responsibility, and mutual respect, and they had the opportunity for personal growth and development through practical experience. We will continue working on promoting the values of volunteering and civic education among students to collectively build a better community.
