Dijelimo volontirajući III. dio
U sklopu provedbe projekta Retrovizor, 14.09.2023. održali smo sedmu, a ujedno i posljednju edukaciju unutar tematske cjeline „Dijelimo volontirajući“ s učenicima Centra za autizam Rijeka u sklopu Građanskog odgoja.
Ova edukacija ima za cilj poticanje važnosti inkluzivnog volontiranja. Koncept inkluzivnog volontiranja predstavlja promjenu paradigme, na način da se socijalno isključene osobe, najčešće korisnici/ce pojedinih usluga i/ili volonterskih aktivnosti, u društvo uključuju u ulozi volontera/ki i aktivno doprinose svojoj zajednici (Phoenix i sur., 2002).
Prilikom edukacije s učenicima se prošlo kroz teme koje uključuju:
- Uključivanje u zajednicu kroz volontiranje
- Međusobno poštovanje i tolerancija
- Timski rad i suradnja

As part of the “Rearview mirror” project, on September 14, 2023, we held the seventh and final education session within the thematic unit “Sharing through Volunteering” with students from the Rijeka Autism Center as part of Civic Education.
The aim of this education session is to promote the importance of inclusive volunteering. The concept of inclusive volunteering represents a paradigm shift in which socially excluded individuals, often users of specific services and/or volunteer activities, are included in society as volunteers and actively contribute to their community (Phoenix et al., 2002).
During the education session, students covered topics including:
- Inclusion in the community through volunteering
- Mutual respect and tolerance
- Teamwork and collaboration
